Happy 2026, friends.
We’ve got huge ambitions for ourselves, for you, and overall, for growing our dent in the universe this year.
That means we’re spending a lot of time thinking about what’s most valuable to you.
The WCID Weekly email is a smashing success — 79% of poll respondents love it.
But we can always do better, and this is a very specific kind of email, so this week we have just one action for you — tell us what version/format of the update you think might be most useful to you in particular.
Will that be the format we adopt every week? Maybe! Maybe not! We reserve the right to keep experimenting, to settle on one format but also do some special editions, etc. We have opinions and ideas, but we know you do, too.
So please take less than a minute and let us know what you’re thinking. Everyone who submits their poll answer will get entered into a drawing for a $100 gift card to Bookshop, where every purchase supports independent bookstores.
Let’s go.
